Busy or dead, you decide

I can't decide what is worse, when we have a terribly hectic day in
the office, or when it's incredibly dull. Today has been dull.

Also, I've been the only person manning our phones for most of the
day, which means that my ability to bury myself in the file room to do
the ever-growing filing is greatly diminished, which means the filing
just continues to grow.
